Help Desk team was terrific! Although the Tech that came out (Robert Turner) not so much.... He reset our machine and was not able to put all the folders and what not back on it. Then I had my manager call Scott (which has been our go to guy Awesome Tech!), well Robert was the one to call back and proceeded to say that I told him everything was fine and he was go to go which was not the case. I do not appreciate the way he went about this situation. When I stood there and told him that the faxes were not going into our fax folder they were coming directly out of the machine. That is not saying everything was fine. He told me he was getting his IT and our IT together which was fine. My only complaint is do not tell my manager I said everything was fine when it wasn't. Not very professional. Thank you for your time!

Scott who is almost always the one that comes is very knowledgeable on the machine and he is very honest about the time that it might possibly take. He also calls and checks to make sure everything is running okay and also he investigates issues and keeps in touch.

Compliments to the tech, Tommy Smith. We needed a part for our printer and first he said that he was going to try to get it from Temple,TX. He called and they did not have one, so he called Austin, TX and then drove down there (about an hour) to get it and bring it back, Way beyond the call of duty. He's been our tech for a while, and his service is always excellent.
