The onsite technician was professional, yet friendly and personable. He took the time to call ahead before arrival, on site he explained the issue, and what would be done to rectify, Prior to leaving he conducted several tests to ensure the problem was resolved. The help desk was quick to respond to my initial email reporting the problem. She was also professional when we spoke on the phone. She stated a tech would call me on the way, and he did. Overall great service from them both.
