Robert did a great job fixing our issue!

Our experience has been that you have reasonable prices, but so do many others. What truly differentiates you is the level of service we get from people like David on the sales end and Robert and Isaac on the service end.

Timely, friendly, knowledgable.

Jose is very friendly and knowledgeable when repairing our copiers, he explains the problem and the solution to repairing it, the main thing I like about Jose is he cleans up behind his self and dust the machine off.

Every person we have interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and kind. You guys have a fantastic team that is wonderful to work with!

Great, fast, and professional service.

Communication was great and problem was solved!

Our UBEO techs have always been extremely responsive and sensitive to when we need them ASAP during our busiest times of the year.
