I love the response time and the ease of putting in a request. The Technician called me right back and was able to talk me through fixing the problem, he told me some tricks to do and I was able to fix it myself with his guidance.

HOW PROMPT YOU ARE IN COMING OUT AND FIXING OUR ISSUES

Quick service and friendly, professional technicians are at the top of my list for customer service response.

Quick service

Eli was very helpful and took his time in trying to resolve our issue. Great attitude and presence about him.

Always come through when our machine needs to be fixed. However, this time it's taking two trips to get it repaired.

The serviceman was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as timely

Every time I call they are very friendly and I get a call back from the tech pretty much immediately or within the hour. The tech that comes to my campus is so personable and talks to me when I ask questions or just want to know what's going on with the machine.

Vincent Lawson is always on top of his game. He gets the service issues taken care of in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable of his job!!!....very professional and ALWAYS explains to me what the problem is and if he has to order parts he gets back with us as quick as possible to make sure our copier is working. After I call in for service i receive a call back from Vincent to let me know when he is on his way. I can even describe my issue over the phone and he knows exactly what needs to be replaced/repaired. Its hard to beat Vincent, guess this is why we always prefer that he be our service guy.
