Great service and support!

This call was for service initially but, when I mentioned we were out of a specific toner needed for multiple units, your employee proceeded to check our record of the units, indicated 4 were available for us, set-up the request and advised of shipment/receipt schedule. Definitely a BING-BANG-BOOM.

Everything was easy and timely--from the interaction on the phone placing the service call, to a return call from Loren, to AJ showing up to get our machine fixed! Thank you for always being so reliable and quick to take care of things.

On site within a short period of time. Very friendly, knowledgeable service technician. Very sensitive to our needs and urgency of situation.
