When I contact UBEO for service, they process our request expeditiously. Our technician, Alan, is phenomenal! He knows everything about our machine, and his service is excellent. When we put in a request for service, he always contacts us very quickly, and sets up a date for repairs without delay. When he is done servicing our machine, he always reports back to us promptly to review what has been accomplished, or if he needs to order additional parts. He is a pleasure to deal with, both over the phone and in person.
