Our technician was Shawn and he was all of the above. Courteous, kind and professional. Due to a change in our WiFi services, we had to call our web developer to assist Shawn. They collaborated via phone and were able to jointly resolve our issue. We appreciated that Shawn went above and beyond to get things correct on the first try!

I got response and service order placed within the hour from Marsha and the technician Nick came shortly after. He called me when copier was all set and took the time to meet me in person to discuss issue. Awesome guy.

The Technician was excellent, went to his car and installed a new piece of equipment for our copier. Had our copier without black lines in a half hour and looking great.

Louis has come in on a few occasions to service various copiers and Cory, who is a GEM, is my copier technician and always on point. The service department is always incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. When a technician is required to come on-site, it's almost always within 24 hours, if not same day, and they are extremely knowledgeable and quick to resolve our issues. I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
