Eric is a great tech. He is very attentive to detail, cleans up after any work performed, and checks in to make sure we are satisfied before leaving.

The service provided by the staff was excellent.

The quick and friendly service was top nothch!

Our technician was aware that our IT technician was in Italy. He went way above and beyond his role to help correct my problem. He contacted his boss, who pulled over on the road to try and remote into my computer but couldn't pull up the hotspot, so while still on the phone with our technician, he drove home, connected to his home wifi and together they fixed the issue preventing me from printing. I couldn't have been more impressed with their service. Thank you!
