Robert was very helpful and willing to try and help me troubleshoot the problem myself. I had let him know we had some meetings that afternoon that we needed to print for, and he was willing to try to help me try to meet that timeline. When it didn't work, he got here to fix it himself in a timely manner. I appreciated how friendly everyone was and willing to get the problem taken care of quickly.

Great customer service, timely response to calls and repairs are done in a timely manner. Highly recommend UBEO!

Competent service! The technician, John, was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, remember the replacement item was in stock, picked up the item enroute to our office and corrected the issue with a friendly and affable attitude.

Instant action! You guys know how important our machine is to us. Fastest service, done right, every time!

Very polite and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with your technician. He did what he needed to do, allowed me to know what he was doing and why. Copier seems to be working just fine since he left. Also gave me good reasons why the machine might have had issues.

The service technician, Randy, is always very prompt and knowledgeable in resolving any issues I may be having with my copy equipment.

UBEO always responds quickly and rarely needs a second visit to fix the problem.

Technician was fantastic. Very Polite and efficient.

Very professional and they all have great attitudes.
