I find BCA always a pleasure to work with. Rick, the technician, has been here a couple of different times and he is always on time, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

He was so nice and had a good sense of humor because of course the machine would not squeak like it was doing for us while he was here.

Everyone involved was very friendly. The tech that came in said hello, fixed the issue and let me know when everything was all set before he left.
