When we have issues there is always a quick response and can usually be handled over the phone. The tech I spoke with was very knowledgeable and had me up a running quickly.

I would also like to say that the gentleman let us know that the unit we have is still fixable if the parts are available. He let us know that they are in short supply, so that we could plan for this since it was our main unit in the office.

[UBEO] has always been very quick to respond to our need for a repair, which really does not happen often. Technician always explains what was done upon completion of repair. Always courteous and cleans up before leaving. Thanks for all you do.
