Service, fast result and response back from the office

The water dispenser is far better than the 5 gallon jug dispenser I had previously. Everyone has been happy with the unit and I have been happy with the ease of billing and with my first experience with your service department.

I always get speedy service from you guys always with Roger, Dana or Daniel calling or texting me right away with an ETA The only reason why my call wasn't completed the 1st day was I needed a new hard drive. But Roger did all he could and kept me updated with what was going on. I'm very pleased at how fast it was resolved. It was not a common problem. Dana and Roger have always been top-notch at fixing all of my issues!!! :)
