Staff always friendly and helpful.

Very personable. Responsive. Very helpful in explaining the job.

The process is well coordinated.

I placed the service request making a note that we were working on a federal tax filing deadline and we couldn't risk the copier breaking down on us! Our tech was here REALLY quickly and I told him how much I appreciated the speedy response. He always has a smile and is a great help; it's been nice having the same person come to us as I feel that helps with building the customer relationship and he is familiar with our machine and our needs.

We have been a UBEO customer for many years. They have always worked with us and taken care of us.

Randy is always quick to help service our printer. If he can't come by, we at least get a phone call letting us know when we should be expecting him or another tech. If the problem doesn't get resolved the first visit, we are continuously updated and usually get the problem resolved quickly.

As always, our tech was very professional and knowledgeable! Solved our issue immediately.

quick response via customer service number and the technician advising me of his ETA

We are a long-time customer of UBEO and they have excellent customer service.

Ubeo has been very prompt with reaching out to us and making it on site for service calls leaving me with only a small amount of down time.
