Fast service. Always there when we need them

Your technician knew exactly how to address the particular problem - something about adjusting roller tension that would have taken me three or four evers to figure out - and he fixed it very quickly. Showed us what he did and we tested it and he asked if there was anything else he could do. Very courteous quick and knowledgeable

The tech was very friendly and patient enough to walk me through on understanding the copier/scanning system.
