Your help desk response to my call was quick and efficient in gathering info on the issue with our copier. Kelly, the technician, was timely and personable. Although he tried many different ways to duplicate the problem we had experienced, our machine was being stubborn and decided to act right so no service was needed.

our scanners can be difficult and we try to baby them but the techs always seem to have a solution, no matter how vague our problems are.
