I highly recommend and have done business with UBEO for years. I have also purchased several remanufactured RICOH copiers from UBEO for our company. Jonathan is a favorite technician, as well as Eric B. So glad he is with UBEO, now. Worked with both of them for years with various title companies. Susan S. is a delight to work with, too!

The technician was very fast to respond, arrive and complete task. He always has a smile and is super courteous, friendly and polite when he comes to our office. Wish we had employees like him.

Ubeo got someone out very quickly and the issues we were having was due to a driver that was partially our fault. The tech was very professional, said no problem at all the set up can be tricky on those drivers and walked us thru reloading everything making sure we had everything set up perfectly. He had a great comfort level with the equipment which is very refreshing, not with Ubeo, but other providers rarely send out such polite and sharp people so I really appreciate that.
