Service technician was extremely pleasant, professional, and very helpful. He went ahead and serviced all 3 of our printers.

Jose is so kind and patient. He explained things in a way that were easy to understand and walked me through a few things that I did not know about the copier. He cleaned the copier and left it in great condition. I really appreciate his kindness, his professionalism and his work ethic. You definitely have a great technician in Jose!

WE are a Home Health and Hospice company so when our machine is down it can be very crucial. We rely on the fax, scan, and copy functions for or Dr. referrals, patient info, and communication with our field offices. Every time I call or need service UBEO is quick to respond and get us running again.

Eric is an excellent representative of UBEO. He couldn't figure out the issue and continued to find options to remedy the situation. He even scheduled his supervisor to come in, but the supervisor couldn't make it. Eric returned to find a few other issues we were having and never failed to have a positive and apologetic attitude. Thankful to have such great service. After being used to Jonathon, it is sometimes tough to adjust to a new tech but Eric is great! Thank you!

I officially met Jim K. yesterday. I just took over the responsibility of printer management for the office this week and reached out to your website for portal assistance. So glad I did - it made things so simple. Jim called me to let me know when he would arrive. We had 2 printers needing attention. D7594 is by my desk and Jim really took the time to analyze and test before determining the issue was corrected. Very impressive young man.
