Alphonse is highly professional, courteous and treats our equipment with the upmost care. The issue was not resolved on that day but it is because it was a software issue on our server side. Otherwise he went ahead, ran routine maintenance and got a few kinks ironed out that we did not even call about. we are very well pleased with his work.
