Our primary contact, Michael W., provided a fine solution for us, since our copier was at lease end. The new copier was delivered on time and looks great. We tested the functions and they worked fine. The one problem we had, which was not caused by UBEO, was resolved the next day with much help from UBEO IT Support. Thank you UBEO!

I want to clarify the Technician experience. When I told Chris, the Technician, the problem over the phone, we were able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. I told him he did not need to come to the location of the equipment. I am pleased with the Technician's service, professionalism, and kindness. I would recommend your services to my colleagues. Ron (our technician) has a wealth of knowledge about our machine and always take the time to educate us on simple fixes that we can troubleshoot before we call a work order in.
