UBEO has a very professional staff. From the call placed to activate a service call to help logging into the customer portal, we have had nothing but super service. Al (technician) has worked on our copiers for many years. This is the first time in several years that he has had to come to our site. He was just as professional and competent as always. He is definitely a valuable asset to your company. It is wonderful to have someone we can trust to take care of our copiers. Shayna was prompt in responding to my need for help with the customer portal. We appreciate her fixing the problem and doing it happily. We have thoroughly enjoyed our Konica copiers and having a professional team to back them is a plus!
