Bob is very polite and professional. It's a pleasure to work with him.

I think UBEO has a great staff! From the time I called the office to make the service call, to the completion of the service call, it was and always is a great experience.

I was so impressed, the technician was at the Portland PD within a short time.

Fast response. Professional & Friendly Tech (Luis)

Marsha was very helpful on the phone and Michael got here in the same day of the request and was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what we could do to prevent a reoccurrence of the issue.

Service is prompt and takes care of the problem.

UBEO's responsiveness, ease of getting someone on the phone to discuss the issue, ability to come out ASAP, tech was knowledgable, courteous and knew exactly what to do fix the issue quickly. Great experience.

Your team is always very pleasant and helpful AND will call me back if I leave a message.

Customer service is great. Never a long wait for service…. Fixes problem first time out….

Technician is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Always a pleasure
