I was very surprised at how quickly a technician was sent out and how he actually arrived within the time frame he said he would be.

I’m a fan because no question seems stupid to the desk team. They ask then they help. The technician knew what to do and answered some questions.

We are very happy with the service that we received from Ray Morgan. We are especially happy with our technician, Ray. He is very knowledgeable about our machine and always gives us good service. It's great to have him working on campus; it makes for an amazing response time.
