Vince was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and personable. He had to order several parts, but was back on Wednesday (I originally called on Friday) but he had to order 4 different parts and came back with all the parts and completed the job.

We have been pleased with the quality of the machines as well as the service we have received. I must say that Vincent Lawson, the technician that serviced the downed machine yesterday was exceptional! He is so friendly and kind! He is also very detailed and knowledgeable. He had our machine up and running again within 10 minutes and even cleaned the outside and inside before he finished. It was not necessary for him to do that as he only needed to work on one small area yet he wiped down the whole machine! That is going above and beyond what is expected! Kudos to Vince for representing your company so well and doing a great job!
