Fixed correctly the first time

After my previous submission regarding copier issues, Andrew arrived onsite promptly to help us address any problems we were having. He did some troubleshooting, he was knowledgeable and informative. He gave us some on site training with how to better use our copier. He assured us we could call him should we have any further issues, no matter how minor. It was a simple fix that I was not aware of and felt so dumb for not figuring it out but the tech was very patient, friendly, helpful, and didn't make me feel bad. I wish more people had his great customer service!
