The service is awesome, Jose our tech is very knowledgeable with the copiers and always show me what he's doing and give me tips and information on how the copiers work and what parts we can order and install ourselves or he will be more than happy to come onsite to install them. Jose is always pleasant and keeps me informed on his ETA. Thanks Jose and UBEO!
