When I call for service or ink someone always answer and take care of our school. Also our technician always fixes our issues or finds a way to make sure it is fixed. Everyone is friendly and understand how fast we need our copiers up and running. Thank you

I believe the person that I spoke to was named Enrique and he was not only very informative about the issues but he was very patient because I had to continue to go upstairs and back down to scan things to myself to ensure that it was setup correctly and he would have to wait for me to return to my office and he never seemed to be annoyed or impatient but instead he assured me that its no trouble for him to wait at all. In addition after he connected to upstairs scanner to my computer and was about to end the call I asked if he could go ahead and connect the downstairs scanner as well and again he was happy to help and was not at all bothered by my last minute request.
