Both of the customer service ladies I spoke with on several occasions were very pleasant and helpful. They were also very prompt and thorough in sending email/text information and confirmations. The repair man, Juan, was outstanding! He was on time, polite and very friendly. He did a great job as well as taking the time to answer questions. I could tell he takes pride in his work.
