I rarely have problems with my machine, but when I do, the technician comes out very quickly and fixes the machine. He is always friendly and answers my questions. He takes care of the problem quickly and gets it up and running again. I don't panic when there is a problem because I feel it will be handled in a timely manner.

Excellent turn around time

Dean was and is always great! He reached out to me within a minute of making the request. He offered to come that same day or another day that'd suit us. He promptly arrived that same day and took care of our printer with ease. He was very professional, and I felt perfectly fine with him working as we had patients in the clinic. 5/5 stars!

The technician arrived very quickly after I placed the call for service and he explained what was wrong with the printer. He fixed the issue and we were back in business. The teachers were extremely happy!
