The service tech was very clear in explaining the issue and the fix.

We have been with A&A, now UBEO, for many years. The technicians, sales, and service team have always been responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. We've never had to "ask twice", always receive an aswer and our issues (if any) are solved. At the end of the day, that is all we can ask for.
