The Technicians are very efficient, personable, and excellent at troubleshooting. In this instance the Tech noticed and preventatively fixed additional issues he saw in the error logs based on a problem that prevented an error message from showing on the copier's display when the machine failed. I know a lot of Techs who don't dig that deep so they can be in and out quicker but UBEO's Techs have done that more than once which tells me UBEO has the customer's well being at heart to have their Techs to go that extra mile.
