Francis is wonderful, very professional and very helpful. He has always resolved my issue with a smile, although right now it is hard to see with his mask on but his voice and actions say it all.

Very swift to fix things! If they cannot fix at that moment it is clearly communicated and you know all ETA and status.

Very Professional when coming to service the copy machine.

professional to the customers and able to answer any questions I had

The tech was very pleasant and he was able to answer all my questions. He was very respectful and took the time to explain some things to make our making copies better.

Your service technicians always go over and above their duties. He not only fixed the machine the request was for, but fixed another machine that went down before he got here. Very respectful, thorough and a pleasure to work with.

Fast effective service

Everyone is very friendly and takes the time to explain exactly what is going on with the machines. We have never had any service issues with your company. Very quick to respond and it is nice building a relationship with the techs because they really know your machine and the issues.

WE always receive prompt professional service

I was happy to get my issue resolved within a few hours.
