I have been a customer for several years and have been very happy with my printer/copier as well as any service calls I have had. I appreciate the prompt service!

From start to finish, everyone I spoke to was very nice and pleasant. I recently just started my position and when I called to order my new cartridge I wasn't sure what I'd be asked but the lady who answered was helpful to tell me what info. I would need when I call to order or place a work order. When the Tech arrived he was very pleasant and explained what he'd be doing. Once he was done, he let me know what he did and that he was leaving. The 2nd person who came did the same. Think it was a different person lol i'm doing so much it's hard to remember everything. I've also worked in our Milford and Guilford offices and always have had a good experience with the company. Keep up the great work everyone! Cheryl
