Francis, our routed tech, is so friendly and knowledgable. He was patient in answering my questions in regards to copier machine problem (s).

Although our problem was not solved within the first visit, the technician explained the issue and the time frame it will take to get the issue resolved. I appreciated the communication from the technician. The reason I choose likely to recommend was when the initial call is made, for the help desk to give a time frame of when the technician might arrive. This helps with planning on the customers end.

The technician was very helpful, and explained my problem and was able to fix at the visit. He was very polite and again very helpful in fixing my printer issue.
