Vincent was great. Arrived in the morning and serviced our printer- found a part missing and replaced it. The spooler was still throwing some errors. UBEO customer support did remote support- installed the correct print driver and now it's all good.

The UBEO staff is very helpful when we have any issues and I call them for assistance.

Well the first guy I spoke to changed the paper, printed a test page and hung up. When I tried to print the same problem happened again. So we had to call back and we got another guy who fixed my problem.
