I've been with UBEO (Formerly A&A) for over 20 years. I always deal with Rich Pendrid and he always makes sure we are more than just satisfied. Every time we place a service call, we have a tech at our office the same or next day. From making the initial phone call, having our copier serviced and Rich always follows up, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable & its always a pleasure. I wouldn't purchase a copier and have it serviced by anyone else.
