The tech, Jonathan Hall, is simply amazing. He arrived earlier than expected, was extremely kind and thorough, fixed our issue quickly, and even did a thorough check for any other possible issues. He is very knowledgeable and answered every single question we had. His attitude is always exceptional when he comes to our office, he is very nice and professional and always goes above and beyond to assist us. If possible, I would appreciate it if this message could be shared with his manager or senior management, I am honestly that impressed with Jonathan.
