Our tech has always been prompt about getting to us when we are in need. The issues may be on going with our equipment but this is not his fault. He always keeps us updated when he has to order new parts and lets us know status of repairs.

Our UBEO rep, Brad is always very quick to help us if we need an issue fixed or resolved. He is so easy to work with and always on top of our account. Iais (spelling) of tech yesterday resolved our copy code issue by downloaded the new drivers that should of been installed when our new printers were delivered last qtr 2021. The guys that installed the new printers said the drivers which were similar to the old printers so no need to install but they were outdated.

Every time I call, I am promptly helped and most of the time, they have to figure out what I'm talking about because it's hard for me to relay the problem
