This was a new technician, who explained to us why the lines on our copies were occurring. We had had numerous other visits where another technician cleaned it but didn't explain why. Now we know how to take care of the problem as soon as it occurs and have a better understanding of how we should be maintaining the machine ourselves.

Work is always completed in a timely manner, and if a second visit is needed, the tech always lets us know and gives an estimated return date to correct the issue. I have not been given an eta but the response time is always satisfactory and I have left the office sometimes when the tech has completed the call.
