technician went above and beyond

Monti was very knowledgeable and found a jammed paper buried deep within the machine that was causing some problems to us for quite some time. We could not have found that on our own without having the machine parts opened up with tools.

Prompt, professional and excellent communication.

Fast, reliable service from nice people.

Service Reps always come ASAP. They always complete the job quickly and efficiently. They always ask if there is anything else I need and explain the work they have done.

fast and efficient service

I am so happy with the quick turn around time! And super nice employees. Everyone I have spoken too was very knowledgable and showed me some tricks that I didn't know on the copy machine!

The courteous reception starting from the rep. on the phone to the tech on site. The tech was very knowledgeable. He explained what he was checking and why he was checking it. When he left not only was the printer working again but I am able to trouble shoot small concerns before having to make a call.
