I love the response time. I have known Shawn for many years as my technician. He understands our needs as a school in regards to urgency and timing. He is always curteous to all staff members. He makes sure I understand what he did and what was wrong and if there are next steps involved (part ordered etc).

I think service is the most important thing you can deliver. I have never had a problem getting a Tech here asap, and they have always been able to solve any issues. I recommended we switch to Ray Morgan after experiencing many problems with service from another company. Ray Morgan provided such great service at a school I worked for previously, I didn't hesitate to recommend them to my current school.
