The response from my call was great and the service tech was very professional.

I like how fast and easy it is to get help both over the phone and in person with the technician. Technician is very respectful of the school and our procedures.

Hao is truly an asset to UBEO. His knowledge and professionalism makes servicing our equipment very simple for us. He's very polite and friendly, gives us tips on how to resolve minor issues on our own so that equipment doesn't require downtime waiting for a service call, and makes recommendations to us for each machine when he comes to perform service. Thank you Hao, and thank you UBEO.

Our technician was excellent as always!
