The name of the game when it comes to the copiers needing work, is SPEED. We were barely down a total of three hours, which is fantastic! Our staff barely noticed a disruption in their workday, which was the best possible outcome.

Promptness and availability of service.

John is always amazing! He takes his time to call me and give me an approximate time for his arrival and when he makes it in the office and fixes the issue he lets me know what the problem was and that it has been taken care of. Answers all my questions and always finds a way to fix all of our printer issues. Stormi is lucky to have him as his trainer!
