John Wardlow is the Technician for the City of DeSoto, and always shows up on time, with a smile, and always gets the job done right! This last call for him, he actually helped me by phone, walked me through an issue, and I was very happy that we resolved the issue so quick. I would recommend Ubeo and esp. John because he hasn't ever disappointed our company! I've been in 2 different departments and I can speak for both (if not all departments!)
