He advised that our IT would be first contact in resolving my issue, if they are not successful, he would gladly come out. He came to service our copier on Friday morning! He is super knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He showed me a few ins and outs of the machines capabilities. He also suggested that I reach out to Curtis Box for additional training on short cuts that can be utilized while using the copier.
