The fast response and the new equipment was installed without issues and was working within minutes .

A technician called me within minutes to provide an ETA and asked what the issue was. He gave me some tips to see if it corrected the issue and checked back with me 5 min later. The issue was corrected over the phone and saved both of us a tremendous amount of time. Very pleased with customer assistance.

The technician (John Wardlaw) who normally fixes our printer is great! John is always patient and super helpful when it comes to explaining the issues with the printer. John always makes sure to keep me updated on his location and if by any chance something changes he makes sure to give me a call. His personality is very uplifting, it helps us feel much better knowing we have the right person for help. Everyone in the office speaks very highly of our technician. Because of John I would give UBEO a five star rating, GREAT SERVICE! There's times where I'm having issues with two printers and I feel confident enough to ask John for help. Even though he may not be the designated technician for that printer, John still goes above and beyond to help find a solution.

It was my first time utilizing the help desk. They were prompt helping me fix a facility wide issue with our scanner. Our field technician John, is my FAVORITE person from Ubeo. He's always quick to aid us and always brings a warmth to our office. We appreciate his hard work. He needs a raise!
