John Wardlaw was very professional and solved the problem in a timely manner and was not afraid to call his supervisor to ask questions when he was not sure how to fix the issue and then he actually figured it out himself before the supervisor called back.

The only reason it didn't get solved on the first visit is parts had to be ordered. When I first called, someone was at our office the same day. The technician was professional and knew what he was doing. As soon as the part came in he was back in our office and finalized the repair. We're very happy with UBEO!!

I want to give a shout out to Javier and Jonathan who were the technicians helping us with our issues.
They both were very courteous, informative, answered all questions, (some in detail, gave us tips to use when using the printer for different types of paper.
Javier has always given exceptional service to our office on every call from us. He explains in detail what the issues were, how he resolved them and again gives tips to prevent the issues from happening again.
Please let Javier know how much he's appreciated by everyone in our office!!!!

UBEO has been a valued partner for our firm for 4 years. The value for the service and equipment is unmatched in the print service industry. The technicians are the friendliest and most effective at solving issues and caring enough to find solutions even when there is not an issue with their devices. UBEO's current business model makes them a great company to be a partner with!
