Technician arrived very quickly and was very courteous and helpful. Quickly resolved the issue and did a routine check of the machine. No answer at the 800# and the answering machine was full. Had to contact our sales associate to dispatch a technician.

When we call with a problem, your employees get here within the day or by the next morning, and they call the day before and the day of to let me know that they are either here or on there way. They are always very professional while here and for most of the time they are able to fix the problem. This time though it was actually the phone company that needed to come out. These guys are the greatest and thanks for keeping us going....LOL
