Everyone that I've ever dealt with is extremely courteous and they always go above and beyond to ensure the utmost in customer service.

So easy, they know there products, immediately knew what was wrong, had parts to fix and did so all with in 12 minutes, and cleaned up and was gone. WOW completely shocked how easy it was to call and have this handled.

Techs are very knowledgeable, always prompt and super friendly. Now they don't usually notify the help desk, me specifically when they complete a call but I do get the occasional email to the help desk which works for me. If I have any questions I ask for a status report. Vincent, Ben, and all the reset are the BEST with customer service! You have a wonderful team!
