I've used the UBEO company as well as Jonathan for several years. I know my service request is turned in promptly, I know that Jonathan calls and gets to our office as soon as possible, every time. It is so nice to have things repaired without multiple visits. I know that if we need a part replaced that I can depend on Jonathan to get that part to us asap. I know that if Jonathan is not available that I can depend on, (I apologize for forgetting his name!!! I've known him almost as long as Jonathan, so I am so sorry I can't remember his name. But, please give him credit, as well. He is awesome, too, and travels occasionally with Jonathan or comes if Jonathan is unavailable.)

Honestly, I am not a fan of the brand of copier, but the excellent customer service we have always received is beyond top notch! I had a Christmas Bulletin emergency, and Eric was able to get out here, diagnose the issue, and then drive far away to obtain the piece needed to fix my emergency - all in the same day. He is knowledgeable and courteous, and I would recommend UBEO simply based on the customer service aspect. - Thanks to Eric for my Christmas miracle!!
