Customer Service Reps have always been responsive and helpful as well as the technicians. For this particular issue the Technician must have been in the area and arrived within 30 minutes and resolved our issue and was able to help a staff person with a technical issue also.

The service tech took a lot of time to make sure the copier was working properly
